Is it possible for the balance of the fitrah/zakat that has yet to be used, to be transferred to the Baitulmal?

Answer
The Fatwa committee has decided that the balance of the fitrah money/zakat that has yet to be used, still belongs to the 8 asnafs and thus cannot be transferred to the Baitulmal.
